On August 21, 2012, at about 1:40 pm, Clackamas County Sheriff's detectives arrested Joshua Nathan Nice, age 19, of Clackamas for the robbery of the Self Service Market on August 14, 2012.
A CCSO detective was doing a follow up contact on a lead and made contact with the occupants of a car in the parking lot. The detective quickly realized the passenger of the car closely matched the description of the robbery suspect. After a short interview, the passenger admitted to robbing the Self Service Market on August 14.
The passenger was identified as Joshua Nathan Nice, age 19, of Clackamas, Oregon.
Mr. Nice told detectives he needed cash when he committed the robbery and was sorry for what he had done.
Mr. Nice has declined media interviews.
