Oregon State Police (OSP) is seeking witnesses who stopped at the scene of a minor injury DUII crash early Sunday morning in the southbound lanes of Interstate 205 just south of the Clackamas interchange.

On July 8, 2012 at approximately 1:40 a.m. a black 2007 Ford Focus two-door driven by TYSON LAKE, age 27, from Oregon City, was southbound at a high rate of speed when it crashed into the rear of a red 2008 Dodge Ram pickup. Subsequent investigation led OSP Trooper Justin Lane to arrest LAKE for DUII, Reckless Driving, and misdemeanor Driving While Suspended. LAKE was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail.

The pickup's driver, MAX KIMBLE, age 51, from West Linn, received a possible minor injury but did not go to a hospital. His 47-year old wife was not hurt.

OSP learned some witnesses stopped at the scene by left before statements could be obtained. Anyone witnesses to this crash that stopped at the scene is asked to contact Trooper Lane at (503) 731-3020 ext 410.
