Oregon State Police: Interstate 84 Eastbound at milepost 75 (five miles east of Mosier and seven miles west of The Dalles): There have been long delays for motorists traveling eastbound due to an active construction zone in the area. Both the eastbound and westbound lanes are narrowed to one lane in each direction. Troopers have reported an approximate five mile backup of slow moving traffic in the eastbound lanes and an approximate one mile backup in the westbound lanes.
Oregon State Police urges all motorists to be patient and to use caution when traveling through any constuction zone. Please consider alternate routes and monitor tripcheck.com for any additional updates.
