ODOT: PDX, Mt. Hood: ODOT will temporarily open the I-84 westbound to I-5 southbound/Morrison Bridge/City Center ramp today from 1 p.m. to about 7:30 p.m. Crews resurfacing the south end of the project must take a safety mandated rest period this afternoon. The ramp will close again at 7:30 p.m. tonight when crews return to work. I-5 south will remain closed at the Fremont Bridge until 5 a.m. Monday, as crews will continue to work on applying the concrete overlay on the north end of the project. UPDATE
