ODOT: PDX, Mt. Hood: The southbound lanes of Interstate 5 will be closed until 5 a.m. Friday between the Fremont Bridge and the Marquam Bridge in the project to resurface a one-mile stretch of the freeway. The Interstate 84 westbound ramp to I-5 south is also closed. Motorists should use Interstate 405 as a detour. The I-5 southbound lanes will close again at 11 p.m. Friday and remain closed until 5 a.m. Monday, the first of five full weekend directional closures.
