American Red Cross - Oregon Region: Oregon Red Cross volunteers responded to a multiple-unit apartment fire on NW 1st Street in Bend at 2:08 a.m. this morning. The total number of people displaced by the fire is unknown at this time, as some parties had already left the scene. Volunteers provided lodging and comfort kits to two adults at the scene and will be following up with food, clothing and information about Disaster Mental Health/Disaster Health Services. Red Cross contact information was also left for parties who were not present.
