RED CROSS ASSISTS AT EUGENE MOBILE HOME FIRE

The Oregon Red Cross is assisting two adults displaced by a fire in the mobile home in the 700 block of Hwy 99 N in Eugene early this morning.
Two Red Cross Disaster Action Team members responded to the location to assist the displaced residents. They are providing emergency lodging for three nights at a local motel and funds for emergency food and clothing.
This is the seventh Red Cross fire response in Oregon in the last three days. Since late Friday, disaster teams have assisted residents in Cornelius, Eugene, Grants Pass, Klamath Falls, Lincoln City, Springfield and Troutdale.
