ARMED MAN CONFRONTS DEPUTIES UPDATE

Update (June 4, 2012):
Sheriff's Office Releases Name of Deceased Man
The deceased is identified as Robert Kimball Fox, 52, who resided at the SW 180th Avenue address. Mr. Fox exited the house carrying a loaded high-power rifle. He pointed the rifle in the direction of the deputies in a threatening manner and was shot once by a Washington County Sheriff's Deputy.
This case is continuing to be investigated by the Washington County Major Crimes Team and no further information is available at this time.
