ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: Traffic is getting by on OR 99W following a crash in Dundee (milepost 27) at Trunk Street in which a single vehicle went down an embankment. The crash resulted in a fatality. However, since the crash occurred off the roadway, law enforcement has been able to keep the traffic lanes open. Congestion is heavy through Dundee. Expect delays. UPDATE
