ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: Oregon Highway 164 between Interstate 5 and Jefferson is now open to vehicles under 80,000 lbs. (that includes most vehicles; only heavy trucks over 80,000 lbs are prohibited). The road was closed earlier for bridge repair. UPDATE
