American Red Cross - Oregon Region: Oregon Trail Chapter Disaster Action Team responders are assisting 10 adults displaced by a residential fire in the 900 block of NE 70th Avenue in Portland.
The team is providing lodging, food, comfort kits, on-scene mental health support, and other immediate emergency assistance as necessary.
