ODOT/PDX, Mt. Hood: Two lanes just west of the Ross Island Bridge on SW Kelly Avenue re-opened early Saturday evening when crews completed repairs to a sinkhole that developed there last week. The lanes will be open for the Monday morning commute, although another closure, still unscheduled, will take place sometime next week to allow time for a permanent fix. UPDATE
