An adult male was uninjured Wednesday morning when his vehicle rolled after losing control trying to avoid a deer along Highway 126E near Blue River. Oregon State Police (OSP) is completing the investigation into the crash that reduced traffic in the area to one lane for about 30 minutes.

According to Senior Trooper Gale Cochell, on April 25, 2012 at approximately 7:20 a.m. a Ford Escape driven by BRUCE DARLING, age 60, from McKenzie Bridge, was traveling along Highway 126E near milepost 37 when he reportedly swerved to miss a deer. The vehicle traveled off the road, struck a dirt bank and overturned.

DARLING was using safety restraints and was not injured.

No citations issued.
