On Saturday, April 21, 2012 at about 6:13pm Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, Boring Fire and Rescue, Life Flight and American Medical Response responded to an incident involving a toddler and a tractor. The toddler was transported to Emanuel Hospital by Life Flight, she later died at the hospital as a result of her injuries. The toddler has been identified as 18 month old, Olivia Burkholder. Initial reports are that she suffered a fractured scull and internal injuries. This incident occurred at her family property in the 9000 block of SE 327th Ave in Boring, Oregon. Clackamas County Detectives and the Clackamas County Interagency Criminal Reconstruction and Forensic Team (CRAFT) are still investigating the incident. UPDATE
