American Red Cross - Oregon Region: Responders are assisting two Bend residents after a home fire in which one person was hospitalized and a dog is missing. The home fire in the 300 block of NW Hunter Place displaced two adults, one of which is being treated at the hospital. Red Cross provides humanitarian assistance free of charge and in this case provided food, clothing, comfort kits and information about mental health services. In addition lodging will be provided as needed when the individual is released from the hospital.
