Reports of as much as eight inches of snow along the coast in Lincoln County has created multiple highway closures this morning.
--US 101 is closed at milepost 167 near Yachats due to trees across the roadway.
--US 101 is closed at milepost 133 at Cape Foulweather due to trees across the roadway.
--US 20 (Corvallis-Newport Hwy) is closed at milepost 6, near Toledo due to downed power lines.
--OR 34 (Alsea Hwy) is closed at milepost 5, east of Waldport due to trees acros the roadway.
Lincoln County motorists should delay travel this morning, if possible, and be prepared for extreme winter driving conditions. UPDATE
