ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: U.S. 30 is closed in Columbia County following a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian just outside Scapoose near Fullerton Road (milepost 23.5). This will likely be an extended closure with a law enforcement investigation and reconstruction. A detour will be set up eventually. Motorists should avoid the area or expect long delays.
