ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: Slick winter road conditions are creating problems in Linn and Benton counties near Albany. There are reports of crashes and spin outs on I-5 in both northbound and southbound directions at milepost 231. Also, US 20 (Albany-Corvallis Hwy) is closed at milepost five due to a crash. Motorists should postpone unnecessary travel, if possible, or be prepared for severe winter driving conditions on many roads and highways in the Mid-Willamette Valley.
