OR 58 ( Willamette Hwy.) is now open at milepost 31, four miles west of Oakridge, to one lane of travel after and earlier incident with an overturned semi fuel tanker. Flaggers and a pilot car will control travel in alternating directions. Motorists should expect delays of 5-15 minutes. UPDATE
