ODOT/PDX, Mt. Hood: The left lane on eastbound U.S. 26 (Sunset Highway) is closed between the Oregon Zoo and Jefferson Street ramps as work crews repair a power line adjacent to the highway downed by heavy snow. The lane should be open again at about 2 p.m. Thursday
