The driver of a tanker truck transporting milk was cited Sunday by Oregon State Police (OSP) following a non-injury rollover crash on Highway 201N north of Ontario. An estimated 100 gallons of milk leaked from the tanker trailer leading to the road being partially blocked for one hour.

On March 11, 2012 at 11:34 a.m. a tanker truck pulling tanker trailer driven by JAMES N. TELLEZ, age 39, from Kuna, Idaho was eastbound on Hyline Road, failed to stop at the stop sign entering Highway 201N and the rear trailer rolled.

TELLEZ was not injured. He was cited by OSP for Fail to Obey a Traffic Control Device.

OSP was assisted at the scene by ODOT.
