Update: Found 4 year old Vancouver child returned to mother

UPDATE: FOUND 4 YEAR OLD VANCOUVER CHILD RETURNED TO MOTHER

On 11-20-11 around 0300 hours a citizen located a 4 year old boy wandering in the area of the 300 block of NE 104th Avenue. He was wearing spider man pajamas, a black jacket, a backpack with blanket and a large flashlight. Officers were unable to locate his residence. Officers provided the boy hot chocolate and oranges and transported him to East Precinct where he watched cartoons. In the morning hours the boy was turned over to CPS, Officers still unable to locate parents. At approximately 0722 hours, the boy's mother called 911 to report her son missing. UPDATED INFORMATION IS, the child was staying at his grandmothers house nearby. After having a nightmare, he awoke and left the residence to look for his mother without the knowledge of the grandmother. The child has been reunited with his mother.
