OSP INVESTIGATING ARMED ROBBERY AT MOTEL ON THE CAMPUS OF OSU

Troopers and detectives from the Oregon State Police (OSP) are investigating an armed robbery which occurred at a motel located on the campus of Oregon State University during the early morning hours of November 12, 2011.
On November 12, 2011 at approximately 2:30 AM a lone male suspect walked into Hilton Garden Inn, which is located on the campus of Oregon State University. The suspect confronted the lobby clerk with a handgun and then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. Responding troopers from the OSP University Area Command along with officers from the Corvallis Police Department searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspect.
The suspect is described as a white male adult who is approximately 5'9" to 5'10" in height and having a skinny to average build. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black belt, a grey zip up style hoodie sweatshirt and a black bandanna covering his face.
OSP is asking anyone that may have information about the robbery to call the University Area Command Office at 503-737-3010.
