ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: Congestion is occurring on I-5 northbound north of Albany as traffic approaches the dismantled B-1 bomber sitting off the road, near the Santiam Rest Area. Motorists are encouraged to be aware of slow-downs in this area through Thursday evening. Be alert!
