ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: The water level in the Beerman Creek area (milepost 23-25) on U.S. 101 south of Seaside is now over 4 inches. All motorists driving through this area are required to reduce their speed to 5 miles per hour. This is an area that frequently floods during combined heavy rains and high tide. ODOT staff is monitoring conditions and could add restrictions as water levels increase. UPDATE
