On Sunday, August 21st, 2011 at 12:30 a.m. detectives with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Homicide and Violent Crimes Unit served a search warrant at 1425 SW Turner Road, West Linn, Oregon.

The homeowner, Zach Randolph, was present during the execution of the warrant.

Zach Randolph is not considered a suspect in this investigation. No one was arrested at the scene.

This is an ongoing investigation. The names of the victim and any suspects will not be released at this time.

This search warrant is part of an investigation into a reported drug related assault. The assault allegedly occurred at 1425 SW Turner Road in the early morning hours of Saturday, August 20th, 2011. The crime was reported to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office on Saturday afternoon after the victim had been treated and released for non life threatening injuries suffered in the assault.

The adult male victim reported he was struck with a pool cue and assaulted by multiple subjects. Zach Randolph was reportedly home during the assault.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office is interested in any tips and information from subjects who may have been at or near 1425 SW Turner Road, West Linn, during the early morning hours of Saturday, August 20th, 2011.
