UPDATED INFORMATION 07-14-2011 at 9am:
The Lake Oswego Police Department has received a number of calls this morning asking about when the next court appearance is scheduled. The date is next Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at 1:30 pm in Lake Oswego Municipal Court, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034. There is NOT any court action or hearing scheduled for today as some Media have inquired. My apologies if some may have received this incorrect information.

To Media Representatives who have expressed interest in contacting me tonight.
I will be available at Lake Oswego City Hall 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego from 7:15 pm until 8:00 pm this evening. You may meet at the rear upper deck upper entrance area. Any other information or contact requests will have to wait until tomorrow. Thank you for appreciating our staffing and workload constraints.
