ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: One lane of travel is now open on US 26 (Sunset Hwy)at milepost 20, near Elsie, after a multiple vehicle crash. Traffic is being flagged through in alternating directions. Motorists should expect delays. The highway will be subject to intermittent complete closures as the crash scene continues to be cleared. UPDATE
