VANCOUVER POLICE INVESTIGATE DEATH (UPDATE: IDENTITY)

The Vancouver Police Department has confirmed that the female who was found deceased at the Morgan Road residence on June 27 was Deneace L. McSpadden, 57. She resided at the location where the homicide occurred.
The investigation is continuing and no further information is available at this time.

On June 27, 2011 at approximately 6:53 p.m. Vancouver Police responded to a residence in the 1000 block of SE Morgan Rd for a suspicious circumstance. When Officers arrived they located a deceased female that appears to be the victim of a homicide.
Detectives from the Vancouver Police Major Crimes Unit are investigating and the identification and cause of death are pending.
