POLICE ARREST PEEPING TOM IN MILWAUKIE - DISCOVER HE LEFT TODDLER HOME ALONE IN TIGARD

On 06-07-11, at about 12:47 a.m., Milwaukie Police Officers responded to a 9-1-1 prowler call on Shell Lane in Milwaukie. The frightened female caller reported seeing someone dressed in black clothing prowling her yard and peeping in her windows.
Police found 32-year-old Joshua Jeremiah Brammer (DOB 06-25-78) in the woman's yard. He had been taking photos of the woman through the home's windows without her consent. Once the man was in custody, the victim recognized the suspect as her ex-boyfriend. Brammer is the father of her 16-month-old child.
The female victim had taken the toddler to Brammer's home in Tigard yesterday for visitation. It was discovered Joshua Brammer had left the toddler alone in his apartment at 11563 SW 135th, Apartment #58 Tigard, Oregon.
Milwaukie Police requested Tigard PD check the welfare of the unsupervised toddler. Tigard Police gained entry into the apartment and found the toddler was alone. Milwaukie Police transported the extremely upset mother to Tigard where she was reunited with her child.
Brammer was arrested and lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on charges of Reckless Endangering, Child Neglect II, and Invasion of Personal Privacy.
