ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: I-5 southbound will be restricted to a single lane of travel at milepost 221, between the Corvallis and Brownsville exits, from 10 a.m. until approximately noon. ODOT crews will be making pavement repairs in the right lane. Message signs will inform motorists to merge left near the location.
