HIGHWAY MEMORIAL SIGN DEDICATION ON LA CENTER HIGHWAY

On July 3, 2010, two people lost their lives in a horrific motor vehicle crash caused by a drunk driver! Steven Dodd and Karey Brown had taken their motorcycles out for a ride, got within 1/2 mile of their residence, when a drunk driver crossed a double yellow line and killed both of them instantly!
In their memory, Memorial signs will be placed and dedicated on the La Center Highway near Eagle Crest Drive. The signs, "Don't Drink and Drive in memory of Steven Dodd and Karey Brown", will be placed on both sides of the roadway. They will serve as a reminder to everyone who passes this spot to think of the pain and heartache that this senseless preventable act has caused.
