GLADSTONE RESIDENT SUSAN ELLEN CAMPBELL CHARGED IN THE MURDER OF GLADSTONE BEAUTY SALON OWNER DEBBIE HIGBEE BENTON.

On June 3, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. the Clackamas County Major Crimes Team charged Susan Ellen Campbell in the death of Gladstone Beauty Salon owner Debbie Higbee Benton.
Investigators arrested the 54-year-old Gladstone resident Susan Campbell on one count of Murder. She will be lodged at the Clackamas County Jail.
Susan Campbell is an acquaintance of the victim.
The criminal investigation is continuing. No additional information is being released to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation.
