CRASH RESULTS IN DUI AND RECKLESS DRIVING CHARGES

Sherwood Police responded to a single vehicle motorcycle crash late Saturday night. The operator had sustained injuries that required Life-flight to an area hospital. The driver, 40 year old Ronald Wommack, of Sherwood, was cited for Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicant and Reckless Driving, with a combined bail of $8000.00. No one else was involved in the crash, which occurred on Roy Rogers Road near Borchers Drive.
