The first event on Wednesday, June 15 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Beaverton Community Center (12350 SW 5th Street) will highlight the proposed Urban Renewal Plan for downtown. Beaverton's Community Development Director Don Mazziotti will be the forum's first guest speaker.

Refreshments are being donated by Beaverton Bakery and Ava Roasteria. Those in attendance will have a chance to win door prize sponsored by A&P Kitchen. Future Downtown Forum topics are likely to be centered on downtown parking, sign codes, marketing and promotions, and more.
