Portland Parks & Recreation: A landslide above Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge has closed the paved connector trail between the parking lot on SE Milwaukie and the Springwater on the Willamette. The landslide is still active and emergency crews are on site. The trail is closed to all users until further notice.
