FEMALE RETURNS HOME TO FIND A BURGLAR INSIDE

At approximately 0043 hours on September 4th, Clark County Sheriff Deputies, WSP Troopers and VPD Officers responded to 6016 NE 105th Avenue in response to a residential burglary in progress call.
When Lisa Contreras returned to her home approximately 20 minutes before 1AM, she saw a burglar inside her kitchen. Still outside of her home, she called 911 and continued to provide information about the suspect's movement. The suspect, who was carrying and wearing the victim's property, was located and arrested by Deputy Eric Dunham several blocks from the scene.
The Vancouver resident was booked into the Clark County jail for Residential Burglary, Theft II and a District Court warrant.
Suspect: Jaycen C. Ness, w/m, 38 yoa, LKA: 11500 NE 76th St.
