ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: Southbound traffic on OR99W continues to move very slowly through McDougal Junction (3 miles west of Dundee) where there was a crash involving two semi tractor trailers. McDougal Road is being used as a detour. Also, motorists can use Highway 240 to Highway 47 as an option. Tows are on the scene. One of the semis needs to be off-loaded and then up-righted. There could be lengthy cleaup. Expect delays. Consider alternative routes. UPDATE
