ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: A crash involving two semi tractor trailer trucks has closed the southbound lanes of OR99w and the westbound lane of Highway 18 at McDougal Junction, 3 miles west of Dundee. McDougal Road is being used as a detour. To get around the crash, motorists can use Highway 240 as an option. Tows have been ordered and it could be a lengthy cleanup. Expect delays. UPDATE
