ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: All lanes of U.S. 20, the Corvallis-Newport Highway, reopened as of about 9:45 Sunday night. A hay truck fire closed the highway about 5 miles east of Toledo (at milepost 10.5) earlier this afternoon.
