ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: OR 99W is open after a multi vehicle crash closed the road earlier in the day two miles south of McMinnville( Milepost 42). Law enforcement will be conducting a reconstruction. However, the highway is expected to remain open with flaggers directing traffic through the area. Expect some delays. UPDATE
