ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: A multi vehicle crash at around 1:30 p.m. two miles south of McMinnville( Milepost 42) has closed OR 99W. Life Flight has been at the scene. A lengthy closure is expected for law enforcement reconstruction. Detours have been set up. Motorists should follow detour signs. However, Highway 223 (Amity Highway), is an alternate route. Expect delays. UPDATE
