ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: OR 99E in Woodburn has been closed for investigation of an explosive device. The police have closed the highway for two blocks between Hardcastle and Lincoln Streets. (between highways 211 and 214) All traffic is being detoured: Northbound, to Gatch and back to Hardcastle; Southbound, to Park and back to Lincoln.
This could be a lengthy closure. Motorists are urged to find an alternative route or expect delays. Watch for emergency vehicles.
