ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: The left lane has been reopened on OR 569 (Randy Papé Beltline)westbound in Eugene at milepost 11, just east of the Delta Highway interchange after an earlier crash. Traffic will remain congested. Expect delays and please use caution while traveling through the area. UPDATE
