ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: Territorial Highway remains closed at milepost 24.12 (Crow Road), approximately 4 miles south of Veneta. An overturned log truck and logs on the road are blocking traffic. ODOT crews have been clearing the logs from the roadway and a tow truck is about to right the overturned truck. The highway is expected to reopen within the next hour. UPDATE
