Oregon State Police: ODOT is on scene at Highway 211 near Bonney Road north of Colton at milepost 22 removing the deceased horses - OSP troopers have located the owner of the horses and are continuing the investigation following this morning's incident at about 5:30 a.m. when a group of horses were on the highway - An unloaded log truck struck 3 horses, killing the horses but not injuring the driver - Two horses are still missing in the area - Additional information and possibly photos will be released later today. UPDATE
