From @portlandwater Due to a hydrant being hit at SE Division and SE 112th avenue last night, a water main break occurred closing Division between 109th and 115th. Detours are: Burnside, Stark, Halsey, or Powell. Crews are expected to work throughout the night to get the road back open for the morning commute. UPDATE 1:39AM: 2 lanes have reopened and water is now being throttled down.
