ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: ODOT crews have removed a car that crashed into the guardrail on the I5 northbound exit to eastbound Beltline (Exit 195A). Traffic is getting by. A tow truck is on scene and will clear shortly. Please use caution when using the exit. UPDATE
