ODOT/Valley, No. Coast: A crash has closed US20 at milepost 5, just east of Newport. A detour is in place. Eastbound traffic will take John Nye Rd. to Old Bay Rd. Westbound traffic will be diverted at Toledo Jct. Expect lengthy delay for police investigation.
