Oregon State Police: OSP troopers are beginning an investigation into a fatality westbound Highway 26 in the Rhododendron area - This is non-blocking but emergency personnel and investigators will be on scene for several hours - A vehicle reportedly involved in this incident has been located west of the scene and a driver detained - No more information for release at this time.
